This is a customized conveyor dryer engineered specifically for seamless integration with semi-automatic screen printing machines. The overall conveyor system measures 3000mm in length and 250mm in width, designed to efficiently accommodate products with a maximum diameter of 180mm.

The machine is divided into three distinct sections: a 900mm infeed, a 2000mm high-efficiency drying zone, and a 100mm outfeed. With a ground-to-conveyor height of 700mm and an infeed clearance of 250mm, it ensures smooth product transfer for items up to 195mm in height. The conveyor speed is fully adjustable, reaching a maximum of 20 meters per minute to meet various production requirements
